Parade

Parade
By Allie Marie

Another march in your parade.
Another loss along the way.
Nothing to will.
Nothing to say.

Fingers point at your encryption.
What we’d do for your position.
Another temporary prescription
to move faster in your fiction.

Excuse my lack of apologies.
All this shouting it’s swallowed by me.
Maybe instead I should practice zoology.
Maybe another species knows how to be.
